SMS Opt-In

This page describes how you can opt in to receive text messages from PortLife ("Company," "we," or "us") and the terms that apply to those messages.

Program overview

• Company / brand name: Messages are sent by PortLife, a transportation management platform for drayage and trucking operations.
• Types of messages: You may receive operational and service-related texts, including shipment and load updates, dispatch and route notifications, pickup and delivery reminders, driver assignment alerts, and important account or service announcements. Messages are not marketing promotions unless you separately agree to marketing texts.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your role and activity. You may receive several messages per week during active shipments or dispatch operations, and fewer messages when you are not actively using our services.
• Rates and charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the mobile number you submit.
• No purchase required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from PortLife.

HELP and STOP

• Text HELP to the number from which you received our message for assistance, or contact us at 551-245-2298 or support@portlife.io.
• Text STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages from PortLife. After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation text. You may still receive non-SMS communications where permitted by law.

Privacy and terms

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used only to deliver the messages described above and to manage your preferences. As stated in our Privacy Policy, mobile information and text messaging origination opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of PortLife services is also subject to our Terms & Conditions and End User Agreement.
